birth of light universe

series: ursprung

ursprung unfolds as a four-part cyclical image system without a fixed beginning or end. the individual works exist in a non-linear relationship to one another, forming an open structure in which each position is simultaneously state, transition, and possibility.

the pictorial spaces are shaped by a cosmic, unstable visual logic: forms appear floating, organic, and at the same time structural. moments of condensation and dissolution alternate, causing the pictorial surface to oscillate between emergence and decay. organic motifs, bodily forms, and immaterial flows open a field of tension between becoming, negotiation, and indeterminacy.

within the series there exists a work of the same title, ursprung, which has been removed from the cyclical structure. this does not mark a rupture in the sense of interruption, but rather a macro-perspective on the system: the cosmos appears calm and stable in this image – yet constant movement and negotiation are necessary to produce stability. change enables continuity.

series: band

these works are structured around the idea of connection: despite small shifts along the edges of the individual panels, a continuous band moves across the three works like a pink cord. connection persists across fragmentation and subtle rupture.

the work does not function linearly: each part can be read as beginning, middle, or end. together, they form a closed yet unfinalisable system.

legende

these works function as condensed symbols within my artistic practice - we're operating on a meta level here: motifs such as the snake, the egg, and the fish shape my visual language and act as fundamental reference points. the works exist in a Tension between sign, legend and image: they are simultaneously reference and autonomous form, point of origin and echo within a larger, continously shifting system.
